5. Digital Albatross Design and Consulting Inc. is not a re-seller. We provide a venue for artists to display their work to the public. Any commercial transactions resulting from that display are entirely the responsibility of the Artist.
6. Digital Albatross Design and Consulting Inc., its shareholders, directors, employees and suppliers assume no liability for damages arising out of copyright infringement, failure to obtain model releases, unauthorized use of images, or any other damages arising from the Artist's use of this site.
7. Digital Albatross Design and Consulting Inc. reserves the right to remove, without notice, any images or text that we deem contravene the above terms and conditions.
